Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Requirements

You may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (including tags, boxes, and all parts). Kids’ Study Desks, Toy Storage Units, and Kids’ Bookcases must be free from stains, scratches, dents, or damage. They must be unassembled (if applicable) and in the same condition as received—kids’ study desk surfaces must be intact, toy storage bins must be undamaged, and bookcase shelves must be secure and scratch-free. Used, damaged, or altered items are ineligible for return or exchange. Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return/exchange: 1. Confirm eligibility. 2. Request a return authorization (RA#) via our website. 3. Package the item securely with the RA# inside—we recommend using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials to prevent damage during return shipping, especially for delicate parts of kids’ study desks and bookcases. 4. Ship back using a traceable method—we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (prepaid label provided).

Refunds & Exchanges

We inspect returns within 5–7 business days. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method (3–5 business days to appear). Exchanges include standard shipping; expedited shipping is extra. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault. For larger items like kids’ study desks, return shipping may require special arrangements (such as freight shipping), which we will assist with if the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items & Special Cases

Non-returnable items: personalized/custom furniture, clearance/final sale items (unless defective), and used furniture (unless defective). For damaged/defective items, report within 48 hours—we may request photos and arrange a replacement/refund, covering return shipping. We reserve the right to reject non-eligible or fraudulent returns, returning items at your expense. For EU customers, the 14-day cooling-off period applies as per consumer rights directives.
