Order Processing
We understand that receiving your child’s furniture promptly is key to creating their perfect study and play space, which is why we prioritize careful, efficient order processing. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, including a thorough quality and safety inspection. Our team checks each Kids’ Study Desk, Toy Storage Unit, and Kids’ Bookcase to ensure it is intact, free from defects (such as sharp edges, loose parts, scratches, or dents), and properly prepared for shipping. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays, and orders placed after our daily cutoff time will be processed the next business day.
Specialized Packaging for Child Furniture Safety
Given the importance of safety and the delicate nature of children’s furniture, we use specialized packaging to protect your order during transit. Kids’ Study Desks are wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and moving blankets, with sharp edges (if any) covered by extra foam padding to prevent damage. Toy Storage Units are disassembled when possible, with small parts (screws, hardware) packed in labeled bags, and bins or drawers secured to avoid shifting. Kids’ Bookcases are wrapped in bubble wrap, with shelves secured and corners protected by foam guards. All items are placed in reinforced boxes with foam inserts to minimize movement, ensuring your furniture arrives in perfect, safe condition, ready for assembly.
Shipping Options & Timelines
We offer two flexible shipping options to suit your needs: Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) for regular orders, and Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days for an additional fee) for customers who need their furniture urgently. International shipping is available to most countries worldwide; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government, which are not included in the shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders range from 7–14 business days, with additional time may be required for larger items like study desks, which may require LTL (less than truckload) freight shipping.
Tracking & Support
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which may take 24–48 hours to update. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as children’s furniture requires secure delivery to a physical address. If your furniture arrives damaged (e.g., scratched desk surface, broken toy storage bins, or loose bookcase shelves), please report it within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Address changes are only guaranteed if requested before order processing or shipping. Our goal is to ensure your child’s furniture arrives safely and on time, ready to create their perfect study and play space.
