By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. All children’s furniture is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Kids’ Study Desk, Toy Storage Unit, or Kids’ Bookcase without prior notice. We also reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, even after an order is placed. If a pricing error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct price, and you may choose to proceed with the order or cancel it for a full refund. For custom or made-to-order children’s furniture, lead times and payment terms will be clearly stated on the product page.
Payment & Order Acceptance
Payment is required at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods. We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your payment information, but we are not liable for any unauthorized use of your payment details. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and you are solely responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to incorrect information. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If we reject your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any payment made.
Product Use & Warranties
Our Kids’ Study Desks, Toy Storage Units, and Kids’ Bookcases are designed for safe, daily use by children. Study desks should be assembled according to instructions to ensure stability, and adjustable features should be used properly to fit your child’s height. Toy storage units should be used for their intended purpose (toy storage) and not overloaded. Kids’ bookcases should be placed on a level surface and not overloaded with heavy books to prevent tipping. We offer a 6-month warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship, including broken desk frames, faulty toy storage drawers, and defective bookcase shelves. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or improper assembly.

We may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to take legal action against any violation of these terms, including but not limited to non-payment, fraud, or misuse of our website or products. Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
